- This store ships from Washington, USA.
- Domestic (USA) and international shipping are both possible. Certain items (such as liquid items) may have restrictions.
Turnaround Time:
- For in stock items: processing time will be from 2-8 business days. From there, shipping time will vary.
- For preorder items: please check the individual listing! Preorder items will all be shipped together, so you may have to wait until the last one comes in. If you want in-stock items to be shipped first, please order them separately.
- Sadly I cannot control what happens after I drop the package off at the post office! Each package will have tracking. When your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- If you need your order expedited, please let me know in the Contact form and I will do my best. These shipping options are more expensive, so after we talk I will invoice you for extra fees if needed.
Shipping Time Estimates
- Domestic: 3-7 business days (USPS) unless priority shipping option (2-4 business days)
- International: 2-12 weeks (USPS). If it takes longer than 3 months and you fear your package is lost, please let me know!
Shipping Insurance
Please contact me if you would like insurance on your package. All international shipments come with insurance, but not all domestic shipments (US) do, so it may cost extra.
Return Policy
All sales are final! I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you feel like the item you received is wrong, defective, or damaged due to insufficient protection, please take a photo of the packaging/items and email it to
[email protected] and we can discuss what to do on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that I am not responsible for damages caused by the post office -- if your mail courier is responsible for the damage, please contact your local post office as I cannot control what happens to the package after I send it.
